Yes, the sync runs both ways. A closed opportunity or a created order in Zoho CRM starts fulfillment, and delivery results flow back to the same record. Service tickets can trigger a replacement shipment or a return label without anyone rekeying the address.

TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, with tenant isolation enforced by row-level security in the database.
