Yes. Current shipment status and tracking appear on the customer record, including shipments in transit and any exception raised against them. A rep answering a where-is-my-order question sees the answer on the record they already have open.

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sync runs both ways. A closed opportunity or a created order in HubSpot starts fulfillment, and delivery results flow back to the same record. Service tickets can trigger a replacement shipment or a return label without anyone rekeying the address.

Delivery success rate, return rate, service level preference, and shipping cost per order all become fields you can filter and build lists against. Segment customers whose deliveries run late, whose returns run high, or whose shipping cost outpaces their order value, and act on each group differently.
