Yes. Current shipment status and tracking appear on the customer record, including shipments in transit and any exception raised against them. A rep answering a where-is-my-order question sees the answer on the record they already have open.

Yes, the sync runs both ways. A closed opportunity or a created order in HubSpot starts fulfillment, and delivery results flow back to the same record. Service tickets can trigger a replacement shipment or a return label without anyone rekeying the address.

Delivery success rate, return rate, service level preference, and shipping cost per order all become fields you can filter and build lists against.
