Question 1

What order sources are supported?

Accepted Answer

Orders sync from Shopify and the marketplace connectors in the integration catalog, from the WMS, 3PL, and OMS systems you already run, and from CSV imports and direct API submissions. All orders are normalized into a standard format regardless of source, so fulfillment workflows stay consistent across channels.

Question 2

How does picking work?

Accepted Answer

Picking runs in five methods, so you can match the method to the order profile and the layout of the building. Pickers scan to confirm, quality control checks the pick before it is packed, and cartonization selects the box using a bin packing algorithm so dimensional weight stays down. Cycle counting runs against live inventory, so counts stay accurate without stopping the floor for a full physical count.

Question 3

Can I compare carrier rates from the warehouse?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the shipping station, the platform rate-shops across your connected carriers and presents options sorted by cost, transit time, or delivery date. Automation rules can pre-select the best option based on your criteria. For high-volume operations, batch label generation applies the selected service across hundreds of shipments at once.

Question 4

What metrics does the Operations Agent track?

Accepted Answer

The Operations Agent tracks order-to-ship time, pick accuracy, packing throughput, carrier pickup compliance, and exception rates. When an order is at risk of missing its delivery promise it acts within the autonomy you set, re-rating the shipment or moving the work to another queue, and logs what it did. You can ask the agent questions like "Which orders are behind schedule?" or "What is our average pick time today?"
