Associates receive cartons against the purchase order, check them, and put them away to a location. A partial receipt keeps the purchase order open until the last receipt posts.
The picking method is set per workflow, and each pick shows on the floor by zone and associate. At the pack station, the selected packaging is on the screen.
The operations agent watches each released wave against the carrier cutoff, whichever picking method the wave uses. Work behind pace gets associates reassigned or an escalation, within the agent's autonomy level.
