Yes. Current shipment status and tracking appear on the customer record, including shipments in transit and any exception raised against them. A rep answering a where-is-my-order question sees the answer on the record they already have open.

Accepted Answer

Yes, the sync runs both ways. A closed opportunity or a created order in Klaviyo starts fulfillment, and delivery results flow back to the same record. Service tickets can trigger a replacement shipment or a return label without anyone rekeying the address.

How do I segment Klaviyo customers by shipping behavior?

Accepted Answer

Delivery success rate, return rate, service level preference, and shipping cost per order all become fields you can filter and build lists against. Segment customers whose deliveries run late, whose returns run high, or whose shipping cost outpaces their order value, and act on each group differently.

The connection uses scoped credentials limited to the record types the integration works with, and you choose which fields are included. Credentials are encrypted at rest and stored separately from your operational data. Revoke the connection from either side at any time and the access ends with it.

TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, with tenant isolation enforced by row-level security in the database. Role-based permissions control who on your team can see cost data or change carrier settings, and automated actions are written to an audit log. CommerceShip is pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.
