Available to Promise returns the delivery date from live inventory, location, and carrier capability, so the promise the customer sees is built from what the network has. You can set rules to prioritize specific stores or exclude locations during peak periods.

Yes. Each store location can have its own set of carrier accounts and rate configurations. A store near a FedEx hub might default to FedEx Ground, while another location might use a regional carrier for better rates. The platform rate-shops across each store's available carriers at the time of fulfillment.

Associates see a pick queue with order details, item locations, and packing instructions. They pick items from the sales floor or stockroom, scan to confirm, pack into the recommended box size, and print a shipping label. The Operations Agent runs your carrier selection rules from the store's location, compares transit times against the promised delivery date, and factors in pickup schedules and cutoff times. It selects the lowest-cost service that meets the target and generates the label. You can configure the rules to prioritize cost, speed, or a balance of both.
