Microsoft Excel Integration Capabilities
Spreadsheet software for shipping data analysis and bulk operations.
How the Microsoft Excel integration works
Connect Microsoft Excel
Authorize Microsoft Excel and choose the workbook and sheets CommerceShip refreshes and reads. Access is scoped to those files and can be revoked from either side.
Map columns
Match export fields to the columns your pivots use, and save a column mapping for the order, rate card, and address imports you read back out.
Refresh and import
Each run appends to the sheet or replaces the range, and imports read from the mapped sheet on demand.
Move data between CommerceShip and Microsoft Excel
Exports refresh the sheet on a schedule. Orders, rate cards, and address lists import from the sheet with a saved column mapping.
Other Data Destinations
Warehouses, databases, spreadsheets, and file storage you can send the same shipping data to
