How the Google Drive integration works
Connect Google Drive
Authorize Google Drive and choose the folders CommerceShip writes exports to and watches for imports. Access is scoped to those folders and can be revoked from either side.
Choose files and cadence
Pick which order, shipment, invoice, and cost exports go out, how often, and the folder for each. Name a watched folder for order files, rate cards, and address lists.
Export and import on schedule
Exports drop into Google Drive with dated filenames, documents such as BOLs and carrier invoices file as they're generated, and files placed in the watched folder are imported.
