What can I put my brand on?

Branded tracking pages run on your own domain and carry your identity and their own analytics, with branded email and document configuration and a profile per portal, labels support logo and data customization on select carriers, and your clients sign in to a customer portal with B2B and B2C authentication. Everything else runs through the REST API behind your own interface, so rate shopping, label generation, and order flows appear inside your product.

How does multi-tenant isolation work?

Each client gets a separate sub-account with its own data, carrier credentials, and configuration. Your platform connects once at the primary account level, then names the sub-account context on each API request. Separation is enforced by row-level security in the database, with separate application and administrative database users, not by application-layer filtering. Each client can carry their own carrier rates and automation rules.

How do agents fit into my product?

Your product puts the agents to work over the REST API, and the AI tools your clients already run reach them over the MCP server or A2A. Agents act inside the scope of a single tenant, so they only touch that client's data, and you control which agent capabilities are available. Every decision an agent makes is logged on a reviewable timeline you can share with the client.

The API covers orders, shipments, rates, labels, tracking, invoices, agents, and account management. All endpoints return normalized data across carriers. Webhooks cover 27+ events across 7 domains, including tracking events, agent actions, and status changes, with every payload HMAC-signed. The developer portal carries the API documentation and an API explorer.
