How the Priority integration works
Connect Priority
Authorize Priority from your CommerceShip account using its own API credentials, or exchange EDI documents where that is how Priority talks to partners. Access is scoped and revocable from either side.
Map orders, items, and accounts
Map Priority sales orders, items, and ship-to details into fulfillment, and map base rate, surcharge, and accessorial to the Priority accounts that carry freight cost.
Test the mapping
Post a month of past shipments and carrier invoices to a Priority test company and check the accounts before live posting.
Ship and reconcile
Orders are rate shopped and shipped, and cost, tracking, and delivery status post back to the Priority order. Carrier invoices are checked line by line before the charge posts to your books.
Keep Priority and fulfillment in sync
Orders sync to fulfillment. Carrier charges and tracking sync back to the order in Priority.
