Connect Ecwid
Authorize Ecwid from your CommerceShip account using its own app permissions. Access covers orders and fulfillment and can be revoked from either side.
Map orders and locations
Choose which Ecwid orders import, map them to your fulfillment locations, and set the rules that pick carrier and service per shipment.
Test against past orders
Run the routing and carrier rules against last month's Ecwid orders and compare the result to what shipped, before anything goes live.
Fulfill and write back
Orders import as they are placed, each one is rate shopped, labels print, and tracking posts back to Ecwid. Delays and exceptions are flagged to your team.
