How the Zenventory integration works

  1. Connect Zenventory

Authorize Zenventory from your CommerceShip account using its own API credentials. Access covers orders, packages, and shipments and can be revoked from either side.

  2. Set the handoff

Choose the point in pick, pack, and ship where Zenventory hands the order to CommerceShip, save your package presets, and set the rules that pick a carrier per shipment.

  3. Test at one station

Run one pack station on CommerceShip for a shift and compare labels, rates, and writeback against the current process before rolling out.

  4. Ship from the pack station

Pack-complete orders rate across your carriers, the label prints at the station, and tracking and shipment status write back to Zenventory. Every run is in the activity log.
