How the Rithum integration works
Connect Rithum
Authorize Rithum from your CommerceShip account using its own API credentials. Access covers orders, inventory, and shipments and can be revoked from either side.
Map orders and locations
Map Rithum order fields, items, and ship-to details to CommerceShip, match its locations to your warehouses, and set the routing and carrier rules.
Test against past orders
Run the routing and carrier rules against past Rithum orders and compare the result to what shipped.
Route, ship, write back
Orders import as they are created, route to the best location, rate shop and ship each one, and status and tracking write back to Rithum. Stuck orders are flagged to your team.
